Mend Concept DVD 168 Dvd Player Fixed

Concept DVD 168 in Care DVD Player - no disc error?

I put a disc in and it says "No Disc". I've tried cleaning but it won't take the cleaning disc. Still not present. Is it cooked or can it be fixed?
