The DVD tray on my Tevion 3215 DVD-VIDEO player is stuck in the in position and wont respond to the unit or remote commands to open it.....I even tried using my fingers to open it and couldn't. How can I fix/repair this problem? I just got it back from having the VCR tray fixed a little over a month ago and everything was or seemed to work fine till now...The VCR portion seems fine but after I switch to DVD I noticed a problem getting the blue screen with DVD video to appear on it. Sure a blue screen will appear but it doesn't look exactly like the color of blue nor does it have the logo DVD video on it. Still, when I do get the DVD VIDEO Blue screen to appear I get either no disk or loading then no disk so I press open and it says open with no open tray response. I feel like I'm caught in some kind of a befuddled cycle.
where can i find replacement gears for this model?

In addition to following Jonathon's answer(Sept 05) follow up on stuck dvd player, I removed 4 more screws around the drive itself and lifted it out to find a broken tray washer underneath. I got a similer type size washer, extended the tray, put the washer back in place around the two wheels , reassembled and wha laa.
