Mend Singer ULTRALOCK-14 U234 Breaking Breaks Tension

how can I stop overlocker breaking the thread?

My overlocker is a singer model:ULTRALOCK-14 U234.the thread breaks everytime I try to use it? I have done all the checks e.g.checked the tension ,checked the needle to see it is not broken,checked all the threading but no success!

It is a matter of adjusting the tensions until you get it right and make sure you use a good mercerised thread.
