power okay to fridge but does not freeze?

240 volt /12volt battery and gas connectiion okay to electrolux caravan fridge but will not freeze any suggestions

will this fridge freeze if using it on gas if so suspect your element is faulty cost about £35 for a new one although you may need a engineer to fit one

Remove the fridge and tip it upside down a few times. This will remix the gasses.
