Console lights up but treadmill won't turn on?

I had to stop my treadmill by pulling the safety plug during a recent fall. Since, the console lights up and beeps, but won't turn on. I read about a reset button, but don't know where it is located. I bought this machine second hand, so no instruction book/manuals included.
