How can i replace motor unit on FMTC140HTK grinder?

motor unit on Power Tool with stand and drive shaft has burnt
out.Performance Power tools Model FMTC 140 HTK 140 watt model.It is fitted with collets at the end of the drive shaft.
It is approx. 3 years old.
