Mend Peugeot Vivacity 100 Air Filter Hoses

air filter hoses?

i have a vivacity 100cc thats air cooled, but have two hoses with a small filter near the front forks. i have no idea were they connect to, looked in manual but deosnt tell me anything, can anyone help pleae.

it shouldnt be there they have no breathers or anything near the fromt trace it back to see where it goes to, definetely not stock
