how can i get the back on my rotary watch after i have replaced the battery?

i have replaced the battery in my rotary watch LB03049. i didnt realise that the watch was waterproof and now obviously i cannot get the back casing back on the watch. Can anyone help i dont need the watch to be waterproof i just need to get the back casing on without causing any damage. thank you
