How do you get the front pipe off of a kangoo??

How do you get the front pipe of a kangoo?? Have got one bolt off but cant get to the other can anyone help plllllllleeeease??

do you mean it is seized or just awkward to get at,if seized may need to be heated to help get it moving,if awkward you could try a universal joint and socket
