Mend Mercedes-Benz 308D Low Power Using

Mercedes Sprinter 308D, Low Power, Using Oil and No Smoke?

My diesel engine is using oil with no smoke coming out and no visible signs of leaks! also there is a loss of power which you can really feel. Does anyone have an idea what it may be?

if you have no management light on,remove intercooler hose at turbo,see if you can feel any play in turbo vanes which may be drawing in oil at the seals
