i had to jump start my renult megane 04 now my windows wont work properly?

My Renault Megane 04 Expression salon.i was listening to the radio with the engine switched of.and when i went to start the car it wouldnt work so i had to jump start the car.It was then i realised al my car windows only would go down little bit by little bit.i have tried the reprogramming with the key to no avail. Any Advice??
