Mend Dryer Tank Water

dryer leaking on floor instead of tank?

water going into dryer instead of tank,, cleaned all vents and checked rubber at the end of the tank but all seems to be ok,, water accumulates in dryer until light comes on or we tilt dryer can anyone help,, its only just a year old
