Mend C&M mx2 30 FF Start Lights

my C&M mx2 30 FF fails to start?

The 40, 60 and 80 lights which give the fault "extractor on and pressure regulator set"

I have followed the fault finding flow chart and the pump is on with 240V output but no voltage exists on the fan terminals.

Is this a new PCB or is there anything else I should check?
