Mend Whirlpool WTJ1388Z Friend Second Hand

Cycle taking 3 hours+?

My friend in Hong Kong bought a WTJ 1388Z second hand but the washing is taking over 3 hours to do one wash. I can't find the model no over here. Do you have any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks.
