We got a friend's Servis Easi Logic 1500 washer/drier last week second hand. It was transported without the transport screws in it (bad, I know).... Since installing it here, everything is running fine and quietly, except it does not drain. The lights say the programme has ended, and you can open the door - at which point the water is all over the kitchen floor! We have checked the hose connections but don't know what to try next
I have checked this and the filter. I have now got the back of the machine off and want to check the pump to see if it's blocked. I have undone the clip, but can't for the life of me work out how to take the pump itself apart.... step by step guide anyone?

Try looking at other end of drain hose where it connects to under the sink on to the trap,the cone might still be blanked off ,if not that probably will be a pump problem.
