television?

I have a KV-M1400U and have lost my user manual so cannot tune it. I have seen the answer given to Sheila in 2006 but my remote control does not appear to have a 'white arrow up' - shift button. I have a small red arrow up button, is this the same thing? the only reference number I have on my remote control is RM-841. Can you help me please.
