Mend Baumatic BT2450SS Lower Element Help

Baumatic BT2450SS Lower Oven element replacement... Help!?

Hi I Have a Baumatic BT2450SS oven and its quite clear that the lower oven element has given up the ghost, so Ive ordered a new element. Has anyone ever replaced one of these or could give me any hints/tips on replacing it. It appears that I need to access the rear of the oven so have to shift the oven first and remove the rear cover... is this the correct way to tackle it??

can you tell me if its a fan oven element i need my beaumatic bt 2450 oven suddenly just goes off and it trips the electric please hbelp and how do i change fan if thats wats wrong thanks
