Mend Hotpoint WD420 Bottom Machine

I cant open the outlet at the bottom of my hotpoint WD420 washing machine?

There is a blocakge and I can't drain the water. I want to open the outlet at the bottom of the machine. It is red and big cap, andf I can't unscrew it!
