Mio 701 PDA how to fit a new digitizer?

I have a new digitizer for my mio 701 PDA. I cannot seem t to get the connection to stay connected at the back of the lcd screen, and when it is I cannot re-align the screen. Is the an easy fix or how much would it cost for repair, I am in Essex.
