Mend Toshiba U300 Laptop Driver

display problem?

Hi, I have a Toshiba Satellite pro U300 running Xp Pro 80gb hdd & 2gb ram, every so often, normally at the most inconvenient time! the display goes weird all the icons double in size then the system freezes up and it comes up with a message "IGXPRD 32 driver has stopped working normally" I have downloaded the video driver from the Toshiba site but the fault still occurs! any ideas???
