There is a plastic tube about a quarter inch in diameter, approx. 10 inches long in the handle going from the gas tank to the carb which is hidden in the handle. Check to see if the tube is punctured or like mine totally disinegrated, it might be the cause of your problem and it will have to be replaced.

Have you changed the fuel line filter evar?
May require a carb kit.
