hi,go to google and enter"remote for the make of your unit and follow any info you find"All details of your unit can be found on the back of the unit or maybe in the battery compartment of the remote.Unscrew the back of the remote and clean the rubber button pad also clean the small pcb that the pad sits on,use audio cleaning fluid,hope this helps
