Clio stalling when restart from hot?

Renault Clio 1.2 8v 2001 car starts from cold runs normal if car is stopped for small duration won’t run clean on restart Temporary remedy, is to start car, allow it to tick over, after about 30sec revs will drop to almost zero, then stabilise at 800 rpm car is then ok to drive if you don’t do this car will still drop to zero while in motion
The car has 72000 miles on clock
The car is a recent purchase and I don’t know its history,
After the car has first been run on first start of the day
On every subsequent start that day you have to wait on the car tick over dropping to almost zero and then resetting itself to 800rpm,
Before you can drive away in it
If you don’t the car will come to almost a stall while you’re driving, even with foot hard on accelerator pedal
The car was showing 2 fault codes but these have been fixed, codes have been cleared,
I was advised that Throttle Body could be source of problem, but this has been removed and cleaned
But still problem remains
