de or DE mean a drainage error, so check all the drainage piping is clear, check the pump for any obstruction the machine is not clearing the water in a specific time so throws up the de DE code.
you must get rid of the EXCESS water FIRST by lowering drain hose down into a empty bowl,the water will flow out by gravity if slow suspect filter blocked if quick check the pump.
