Mend BMW E46 318i Interior Lights Work

Interior Lights Work only during the Day and not at night?

The interior lights in my bmw 318i E46 1999 model don't work at night but work during the day. I thought may be the AM PM thing inmy cars watch had something to with that, i changed it but still the lights only work during the day...
