Glow worm 30CXI combination boiler showing fault code F1 and F4? ?

Glow worm 30CXI combination boiler showing fault code F1 and F4?
My boiler is showing fault code F1 - F4 so there is no hot water and no heating.

Please can you tell me what could be the cause.

Is there anything simple that can be done, I've tried turning it off for 5 seconds then back on as it says on the boiler but as soon as I turn on a tap or the heating then the fault shows up again
