Faulty Fuel Gauge?

Hi I have a 2007 fiat ducato 100 5 speed, when started this weekend, after it coming out from a service a couple of weeks ago the fuel gauge shows and flashes empty all of the time, although I know that there is plenty of fuel in it?

Any sugestions.
