how to fix my fiat ducato gear box it jumps out of 3rd gear

It sounds like you have a worn synchro hub in your g/box,it can sometimes work out cheaper to buy a reconditioned box or one from a scrappy than to overhaul a g/box.There again you can just put up with it.
