my ford focus 2002 has the same problems as a lot of owners how do we get ford to sort the problem out it must be there fault to many people with the same thing wrong help what do we do

go to your nearest scrap merchant ,get one ,take out old one put new one in ,easy as pie its only a few screws and cheaper ,ford will first charge u for the part ,(OUCH) then theyle charge u for there time ( nother big OUCH ) SAVE MONEY,TIME AND EFFORT ,SCRAP YARD BEST BET ,
