Starting problems ZAFIRA?

Hi Emma I think it could be a starter motor fault had the same prob with a transit could well have got stuck try giving it a tap and also check the wires that it connects to these can sometimes come loose/break good luck

hi emma no love my car was left for two weeks and it did exactly the same just clicking when i turned the key try wot i said it might take longer but it will start mine took a while but it fired up when you get it started leave it running for a while or take it for a drive about half hour to put some charge in it the battary might be ok once its been run

Hey Steve thanks for reply ill try that. It was only left for about 3 weeks, you dont think it could be started motor if that fails do you

hi emma you need to jump start it from another car put jump leads on red lead on + on your car black lead on a suitable earth on car same on other car leave the other car with engine running for about half an hour keep trying to start your car it should start but your battary will probly be knackered if its been left for a long time you will probly need a new battary hope this helps
