dg250dtra08 topup tv ?

Hello, I bought this article in Germany and I want to use it there. If I start the channel scan it stops and an information appears" could not load top up tv software"....sure that there is no top up in Germany. has anyone an idea how to switch this TUTV off?? I tried all, but always the same screen: No channles, start scan...than again this no tutv......I get crazy, the other buyers don't have this problem.... Thanks for helping.
