Mend Heating Pressure Engineer

No hot water?

Everything is working perfect on my boiler except I have no hot water at all-ie when I turn the tap nothing comes out.....for some reason an engineer switched off the boiler fully today but never turned it back on.When I turned it on,the pressure ,cold water ,heating is all perfect except I have absolutely no hot water in the tap...its not even running ?
