Mend Vokera 20/80RS Flowmatic Boiler Repair Thermostat

How can I repair my vokera 20/80rs flowmatic boiler ?

My boiler suppies hot water for about 2 seconds and then runs cold have plenty of pressure built up but thermostat is at zero and the burners don't seem to be firing up but only with the hot water any ideas would be helpful cheers
