Mend Vokera Linea 28 Boiler Heating System Radiator

vokera linea 28 and when i switch it on to just hot water the radiator?

i have a vokera linea 28 and when i switch it on to just hot water the radiator also when the radiator and hot water switch is on but thermastat is of and timer of still i get hot radiators.please has anyone had same problem and could you tell me the diagnosic.

check motorised valve, you could check bobbin that is behind valve.
