Mend Vokera 20/80 Flowmatic Hot Water Months

HOT WATER FLUCTUATION IN TEMP?

MY VOKERA 20/80 FLOWMATIC IS SERVICED EVERY 12 MONTHS IN OCT AT THE MOMENT IT IS STARTING TO WHEN I SHOWER OR USE HOT TAP ITS HOT THEN GOES TO LUKE WARM HELP.

Does the boiler cut out to pilot from full flame, or modulate from full flame to low flame instead (and then perhaps cut out)?. First could be dirty venturi causing differential air pressure safety switch to cut out (common problem, easy fix, google it), second blocked DHW exchanger causing primary loop overheat, messy to fix.
