Mend Onkyo DX3800 Bought Stereo Player

Onkyo DX3800 noise?

I have recently bought an old Onkyo Stereo with an Onkyo DX3800 cd player. I get an disturbance (or noice) when I play a CD, comming out behind the music. Sounds like comming from spindle motor. Depending on the speed of the motor. I have tried to change to a new spindle motor but the problem is still there.
Anyone recognised the same problem?
