my lcxw32hd1 keeps blowing the pcb 3 amp fuse, i have tried taking the pcb, out but it looks fine. no obvious signs of a cause

Sounds like the '+5V Standby' PSU has blown. Check the FSD200, its optocoulper and the little SM bridge on the underside of the PCB.
