has the central heating pump gone no clock?

If it blows immediately on power up the pump is likely to be faulty,if it blows after a delay it could have seized,to check remove the large silver screw at the back of pump [a small amount of water will come out ] and insert a screw driver into the end of the shaft and twist to see if is free
