Mend Aquarius FDW80 Fast 30 Seconds

Aquarius FDW80 Both Fast 40 & Delicate 50 Lights flash?

30 seconds after starting any wash program, both Fast 40 & Delicate 50 lights flash, and nothing else happens.
I tried holding in the Reset Button, but it wont clear it.
Power off & on, can you can restart on any program, but after 30 seconds both lights start flashing again. At this stage all the "action lights" Prewash, Wash, Rinse & Dry are off. Please help if you can!
