Mend Bosch HBL755AUC/01 Problem Oven

Problem with bosch double oven?

Bosch double built-in oven model HBL 755a uc/01. Upper oven stays on and convection fan blows. I have replaced control board with no success. Service guy said Convection heating element and control board need to be replaced. Any suggestions?
