how can i fix myHBN13M550B/03?

this switch has actually broken because it has been turned anti clockwise too far beyond off position. if you cant obtain a new switch before Xmas take out the oven and remove the lid, have the switch set at off position and put a dab of Araldite between the selector switch and knob and let it set overnight. make sure current is switched off before attempting any repairs

Have you looked at the knob, if the shaft that it fits onto has a flat, the knob needs to have a flat in it, sometimes it is a metal insert sometimes molded, no flat in knob, it will not turn control
