Mend Whirlpool Bad Not Inside

Bad smell outside fridge not inside?

I have a really bad smell coming from the back of my Whirlpool fridge It is only 12 months old but last week I stored some salmon in there wrapped by the fishmonger and sealed but since then there is a vile smell I have tried Baking soda and vanilla but the smell is still there How do I get to find and clean out the tank that the water drips into when it automatically defrosts.
