Mend Heat Radiators Heating

my condensing boiler will heat my water but wont heat up the radiators the ?

the boiler will fire up to heat the water but wont come on for the central heating pls help

you don't mention the make or model...
could be faulty controls i.e. timer, room stat.
either that or faulty diverter valve (if it's a combi) / motorised valve (regular boiler)
