How can I fix my GXCF05D Water Dispencer?

Hi there,
Bought this dispencer from Home Depot and given to church.After a while got complain of leaking bottle water.

why the bottle started leaking from the bottom and water is spilling out from the base of the bottle and is not going through as it was perfectly functionning well. Is there any specefic kind of bottle for this model, If it is please tell me or is something else.How this problem could be fix
