remove strut?

it should be a torque bolt No55 put torque into bolt and ratchet it to loosten it and tap out bolt

Is this the rear bolt on the susp. arm? Done front spring on Mondeo not long ago,sure the subframe has to be lowered to get this bolt out.If it is the front bolt maybe seized,usually need heat resulting in damaged bush,been in there 11 years,hope this helps but maybe have replacement arm ready while you are doing this in case of complications,good luck
