If its a Mk 3 (2001 - 2008) then as Simon says probably rear sub-frame bushes.
Ford do a kit, not sure of cost but they require 'gluing' in place and its recommended not to drive the car for 24hrs.
Pro-flex produce a bush set costs about £60.00, these are much better than the Ford items.
To change jack up rear and support body on stands, removing the rear wheels helps. Sub-frame is held in with 4 X 15mm bolts. These will be tight as they are torqued to 120nM.
Basically do one bush at a time by removing one bolt completely and loosening off the other 3 bolts. With the bushes removed make sure you clean the bush housing of all traces of the old bush and any rust, try a 50mm wire cup brush. Place a spacer between the subframe and chassis of car and insert new bush. This is the hard bit as they are very tight, do not grese but lubricate with a bit of washing up liquid, ensure the lip of the bush pops through the sub frame; fit the metal inner. Remove spacer between sub-frame and chassis and tighten up, move on to next bush. There are alignment holes to the rear of the sub-frame, which need to align with the corrsponding hole in the chassis, I used a correctly sized metal bar.
Torque all 4 bolts to 120nM, fit wheels torque to 85nm and off you go. Strongly recommended a 4 wheel tracking check to ensure the sub-frame is aligned. Can be done in a few hours, bit easier if you have a ramp.
