Mend Ford Mondeo Replace Rear Suspension

how can i replace the rear suspension?

i have an02 plate mondeo and i am having trouble removing the pinch bolt at the back of the hub ! I dont want to ruin the head of the bolt or even snap it !how can i free the bolt without damaging anything
