how can i get combi boiler to work, Alpha 280E ocean?

my daughter has just drained and removed a downsrairs radiator to decorate the wall behind it, now the boiler pilot light will not come on and fire up the boiler, is this due to an air lock in the system, if yes ,what is the correct way to bleed the system ? thank you.
