Heating coming on with hot water on my alpha 240x diverter valve has been c?

Had the diverter valve changed on my alpha 240x but the heating still comes on when using hot water any suggestions.

my guess is faulty pcb. call british gas a 1 off repair is £140 includes all parts and labour doesnt matter even if the parts are more than £140 its all in u cant go wrong. and no fix no charge
