Mend Vokera Linea 24 Boiler Heating

how can i fix my vokera linea 24 boiler ?

it works but only runs heating with out turning it on even though if you turn it off from reset button but no hot water at all and if you open tap it show low temprature like 12 or 13. if you turn tap off the temp goes up to 70.

your water heat exchanger is blocked,needs to be cleaned out,also change thermistor for your domestic hot water
